Our Pack
Cubs meet on a weekly basis on a Thursday night. We have good numbers within the Pack at 1st Bispham and these are supported well by a strong experienced leader team.
Our Cubs range between the ages of 8- 10½ . We are spilt up into different sixes where we get to make new friends and have fun. We all take part in various activities from archery, climbing as well as some less adventurous activities like making handicrafts. We also take part in our District competitions and have a done very well in a lot of those attended. We have also been awarded the District "Pack of the Year" Award for the 9th time.

Uniform
Our Cubs all wear the same uniform. This worn when we come to our pack meetings and when we have parades and other cub events..

• Group Neckerchief - dark purple
• A plastic woggle
• Navy blue activity trousers
Badges & Awards
Within the new cub prgramme there are some changes to the award scheme. There are some newly designed 35 "activity" badges. These are all based around hobbies and cater for all every child.
As well as the "activity" badges there are also now 5 "challenge" badges. These are as follows: Caring, Creative, Fitness, Global and Outdoors.
All cubs have the opportunity to achieve as many "activity" badges as they want (and time will allow). They will then have the change that all cubs get which is to work towards and to achieve the highest award available to the them which is called "The Chief Scouts Silver Award"
