Our Colony
Beavers meet on a weekly basis on a Thursday night. We have good numbers within the Colony at 1st Bispham and these are supported well by a strong experienced leader team.
Our beavers range between the ages of 6 - 8. We are spilt up into different lodges where we get to make new friends and have fun. We all take part in various activities from day's out to the zoo, crazy golf plus many other fun and exciting events. We also have the opportunity to take part in "sleep overs" which are really fun. We like to enter our District competitions with having fun being at the top of the list.
The Beaver Scout Promise
This promise is taken by every new beaver that comes into our colony. All beavers are expected to keep their promise at all times.

Uniform
We at Beavers all wear the same uniform. This worn when we come to our colony meetings and when we have parades and other Beaver events..

Badges & Awards
With the introduction of the new program brought with it some new badges for our beavers. For the first time beavers can gain "activity" and "challenge" badges which they were not previously able to do. All beavers then work towards the highest award available to them which is called the "Chief Scout Bronze Award".
